I wanted to share with you....<p>We had spoken about how many active threads there are in THIS forum vs how many active threads there are in THAT forum.... and a lot of us know what took place then.....<p>Finally tonight I went over...and giving the benefit of the doubt... waiting until most everybody is in bed....and BEFORE the forum should change to a new day.... I copied the following to paste over here, from THAT forum...<p>Displaying Topics 1 - 15 (15 total)<p>That was for Sunday, December 6... just before that forum turned to a new day.<p>On THIS forum... which has already turned to a new day... and after looking all over for that other thread, it is now after 2:30 in the morning MY time... there are already 20 topics being displayed.<p>Thanks for being "where the action is"..... He single handily seems to keep well over 50% of the thread active. One time when I checked he either created or kept active everyone that I had checked. I DO see that I said December 6, rather than January 6. I do apologize. I am quite aware that small mistakes like that will bring one up short in your court of law. That should have read January 6...which will make the entirety make more sense.<p>I went to VOAF. It was late... the night of the sixth, but before the clock changed to a new day for VOAF. Most of the posters had discontinued posting... with perhaps a stray one here or there... there ARE a couple of posters on BOTH forums who post in the middle of the night, we know, don't we?<p>I took the count there, copied it and brought it back to C/A... where, as YOU mentioned, we are on GMT so it was now the 7th on C/A.<p>You will note that my post was made at 09:38 AM. MY time in Montana was 1:38 AM... YOUR time, in California was 12:38 AM<p>You will remember that I also stated that I had combed through the threads on C/A to try to find the original thread about this... I didn't think to look in "humor".... and I finally gave up and began a new thread.<p>Now Bruce, I'm going to tell you that your argument wouldn't hold even a drop of water in a public court of law. People make honest to goodness mistakes every day of the year. Even the secular courts recognize that and give allowance when it is evident what took place. Now that you corrected yourself no harm done.<p>Again I went back and recounted ALL the Jan 6 threads and there were 29 of them active with at least one post on Jan 6 of this year.<p>Tonight there were 47 active threads on VOAF at 11:35 PM CST. I know now to make certain that all my ducks are in a row and that I have every base covered.<p>Now for you to say that you have now gone in and counted the active threads on January 6 and there were 29.... one of two things is happening... either VOAF's counter has a major malfunction or you are calling me a liar. Which is it?<p>I took that straight from the VOAF counter.<p>Also Bruce, I have seen what you have done to make VOAF "active" when these things have been pointed out. Don't think that you are fooling anyone.... even in the most complex situations eventually the truth rises to the top, you know.<p>I have said all that I'm going to say on the matter Bruce. I also know that you love to get an argument going. I went back and manually counted all the threads on all forums on VOAF and there were 29 active threads on January 6. You can do the same Del. ANYONE can do that.<p>If you are implying I alone keep that forum active I am flattered you think so. BUT if you are saying I am the ONLY one posting over there you are saddly mistaken. One only has to post though provoking threads to get responses. I do that. I get tons of responses to my posts. I am NOT the only one posting over there Del. At 315 Friday just yesterday or 11:15PMGMT there was 42 active threads on CA. When I checked back at 11:45PM GMT there was only 9 active threads. Now how is that possible. An error in the forum counter no doubt. Did you look at VOAF stats at before 1200 AM PST or 2AM your time?<p>Remember VOAF is on central time which is One hour ahead of the zone as you are on. SO if you looked at the stats are 130 AM your time VOAF would have been 30 mimnutes into the next day. As I stated before heavy posting is done on VOAF from 6 pm to 12 am PDT. And they are not all mine either. []images/icons/grin.gif" border="0[/] <p> I really think you are confused at to what time you looked at the stats vs the time zone the forum is on. Which is easy to do if you do not know what time zone the forum is on.<p>Just be certain of your facts before you make comments about things. Otherwise people in the know will be correcting you on it.
