Love is priceless

What are some of those things that you get with love that you just can't put a price on?

They are not the same without love, either.

I'll go first:

Being cared for when you're sick.

Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

When you walk into a room and you see your honey and your kids folding clothes.

For what will a man be profited, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his soul? Mat. 16:26

Love thy neighbor ...

Over the past year ... my neighbor ( an Iranian who I have no idea if he is Christian or not) has been moving the front of our lawn when he sees we haven't. When we moved in my wife mentioned that I was disabled. He did this without asking or telling us he would. Just a surprise that we get occasionally.

Scene Two ...

We are moving. We bought a house. Part of the deal was a John Deer riding mower. My wife was sitting on it trying to get it going. But, when she engaged the blades ... it cut out. She gave up and was going to try to call the previous owner.

In the meantime ... our NEW neighbor ... you guessed it ... came over and started mowing without asking permission. Mind you ... we haven't moved in yet. My wife was just over painting before we move in.

This is truly love thy neighbor. It sure blesses me and my wife.

May we be one so that the world may be won.

Correction: My neighbor has been 'mowing' rather than 'moving' my lawn. We all make mistakes ... even Redwood.
