BobRyan
FOXNews is a very good news organization. I think they are as good as ABC News. I have seen Fox News get slammed before -- but never that bad!! ABC News!! Really!? Quote John 8:32 - The Truth will make you free“The righteousness of Christ will not cover one cherished sin." Woody
Fox didn't undate it. I did. Both are true. We attacked Syria and they attacked us ... meaning our helicopters. If that is what we are talking about. I may be all confused. But ... They violated the Bush Docrine and they must suffer the consequences. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. fccool
It depends what you would consider "news" and "ballanced". I think it's fairly obvious that ABS and MSNBC have liberal bias, and FOX tends to have a conservative one. Fox and ABC are not "news" agencies for the most part. These are entertainment "spin" agencies if you think about it. We don't have mainstream news anymore. News in pure form should come without underlying commentary. What you see is what you get. Yet what you get today is anchors, commentators, and experts commenting and putting a spin on a story. Some leave parts of the story out, some add some additional info. So it's hard to call these as "news" organizations. If you take away some influences, such as Hannety, O'Reily, and Olberman... then I think I'd watch it. Otherwise, it's laughable in light of the ideals of journalism.
jasd
>>ideals of jounalism.<< Journalism!? Hoo-boy, what, where, when, why, how... did we lose that!? and what does one do with all that yellow-rag crud that's floating around where once MSM represented credibility? I suppose it's up to we good few on Club Adventist to parse that stuff, eh? Okay, so, that said, - socialism is anathema to our form of govt and belongs on the other side of the pond, that is, in Europe - oh, okay, mebbe bits and bob may have found acceptance North of us... ABC: Charles Gibson, its grand Poobah, disserviced 'credible journalism' with his nonsensical 'Bush doctrine' gambit vis-à-vis Palin; like, c'mon, Gibson - there ain no such thing as THE "Bush doctrine"! _____________________________________ Hilter was a community organizer...
