He says that the Obama team has changed and is now only going to cut taxes to those who make less than $150,000 instead of $250,000. On Sunday Obama had changed it to $200,000 and is still running ads for that. But today Biden announced it would be going down to $150,000. They keep changing the definition of who is rich .
