That will be Mom and Dad's 70th wedding anniversary! I am very very sad that I may never see him again. Mom and Dad have 6 children 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He has said he is only staying around to live longer than his father, then he will go. I have told him I'm not ready for that so you have to stay longer. We are left with (just) memories and can no longer touch or hug. Who are we crying for? I pray he see his 70 wedding anniversary, but sounds like he has made peace with his Lord. I lost mine over 9 years ago and I still miss him. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that when the Lord lets him rest, that you will find peace with it and know it is just a short time before the Lord will come to call His children home.
