(Newman) Williams, 91, of 14 Frontier Ridge Court departed this life Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at Augusta Health in Fishersville. She was born Dec. 5, 1918, in Staunton, to the late George A. Sr. and Margaret E.J. (Beale) Newman. She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Staunton. [img:right]http://cmsimg.newsleader.com/apps/pbcsi....xW=180&Border=0 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John H. Williams Sr.; one daughter, Georgellen R. Bellamy; and one granddaughter, Rita Bellamy. Georgellen is survived by six children, Loretta LaMar-Nelson (Gary,) Joan Williams and Brenda Lee (William,) all of Columbia, Md., and John H. Williams Jr. (Ellen J.) of Manassas, Catherine Turner and Deborah Williams (devoted friend, Ronnie Barber,) all of Harrisonburg; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. She was the last of her immediate family. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1000 N. Coalter St., Staunton. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Mausoleums and Memory Gardens. Public viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at the funeral home, and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home Professional services are provided by Kenneth L.
