And you should know as a doctor, it is not wrong to use sleep-aids judiciously, as long as you are not prescribing them to yourself. I have found that sometimes, not being able to sleep just means God is trying to say something to you.. Keep looking up! Quote "People [rarely] see...the bright light which is in the clouds..." As far as sleeping pills, none of them work for me. There are some poor jerks in that fix. Makes for good communication with God.
