Overaged
I thought it would be a good idea to post this prayer request here about the shooting in Norway. It is a terrible tragedy and is affecting a lot of Adventist young people who live near the crime scene. Let us pray for the families who lost loved ones, and for the others who were nearby when it happened. The incident was posted about here http://clubadventist.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/462899.html Over 80 people were killed in this tragedy. We need to pray... (Job 37:21)"I cannot know why suddenly the stormshould rage so fiercely round me in it's wrathBut this I know: God watches all my pathAnd I can trust""God helps us to draw strength from the storm" - OveragedFaith makes things possible; it does not make them easy, Steps To Christ
Moderators John317 Posted July 23, 2011 Moderators Share Posted July 23, 2011 Yes, we sure do. God be with the wounded and the families of the victims. Also God be with the police and other workers who have to see those terrible things. And may the Holy Spirit convict the shooter of the wrong he did so he will truly repent and be converted. Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
