Members rudywoofs (Pam)
During the last snow/wind storm here, one of my lilac trees fell down right at the base of the trunk.. It seems that the roots are still viable, as the tree is beginning to bud out (despite the fact that it's supposed to snow here tomorrow).. I've tried to hoist the tree back into place, but it's way too heavy for me. Any ideas how to get it propped up? I'd hate to lose this one! Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
M. T. Cross
Use a rope from the other side of the fence to pull it back up and then secure it to the fence. Use some kind of padding though because if you ring the bark you will kill the tree. Any idea what kind of lilac tree it is?
