Horrendous senseless killings of people follow one after the other. Through the news media, we have learned of the horrendous killing of British soldier on 5-22-2013. If we wish "to connect the dots," we are really going to find a real pattern in those killings. There is a very important reason behind Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19 and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26 (dead after shootout in Watertown) becoming victims of a kind of "contagious spiritual illness" that allowed them to plant twin bombs on 4-15-2013 at the Boston Marathon. This the same reason that allowed Lee Rigby a 25 years old British soldier to be butchered to death by two men with butcher knives, a machete and a meat cleaver near military barracks in the south London neighborhood of Woolwich on 5-22-2013. Meanwhile, British police on Thursday evening announced the arrests of two more suspects in the case. Police said a man and a woman, both aged 29, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder (http://www.dailynews.com/news/ci_23309258/uk-police-arrest-2-soldiers-grisly-killing-muslim ). The reason behind this grisly murder is identical to what allowed the destruction of the two World Trade Towers destruction on September 11, 2001. This reason is that since the times of Adam and Eve, we the people (members of the human race), have not become effective spiritual warriors fighting against the works of Satan the Devil who is working through the descendants of Adam and Eve in order to destroy and kill their fellow brothers and sisters on this world.

This business of hatred and evil began with Lucifer over 6,000 years ago. The hatred against God made him to become Satan, the Devil. This is how Isaiah describes Lucifer: “How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.......” (Isaiah 14:12-14).

Little by little Lucifer came to indulge the desire for self-exaltation. The Scripture says, "Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness." Ezekiel 28:17. "Thou hast said in thine heart, . . . I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. . . . I will be like the Most High." Isaiah 14:13, 14. Though all his glory was from God, this mighty angel came to regard it as pertaining to himself. Not content with his position, though honored above the heavenly host, he ventured to covet homage due alone to the Creator. Instead of seeking to make God supreme in the affections and allegiance of all created beings, it was his endeavor to secure their service and loyalty to himself. And coveting the glory with which the infinite Father had invested His Son, this prince of angels aspired to power that was the prerogative of Christ alone.

Before we feel encouraged to express words of condemnation against those who carry out horrendously evil acts against other fellow humans, we need to take into consideration the words of our Lord Jesus who has already stated: "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye" (Matthew 7:3-5).

We need to understand that there is a spiritual war going on that is over 6,000 years old and that we need to play a very important role in this horrendous warfare. Our Spiritual Commander in Chief, the Lord Jesus Christ, has already given us instructions on how to win this war. This is what I call the "two legged" instructions on how to fight against sin and evil on this world.

This "two legged" instructions is based on something our Lord Jesus Christ said that He expects from us before He was put to death through His execution by Roman soldiers. Some time later, He requested us to do something that would also be a great help in getting more and more individuals on the path of eternal life. He said something very important after His resurrection just a short time before He ascended to heaven and appearing to more than 500 hundred people, no counting women and children (1 Corinthians 15:6) over two thousand years ago. After His resurrection, Jesus said something about Himself and based on what He said, He has given us an order: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20).

Therefore, our fight against evil and against the horrendous influence that Satan has on the minds of humans has to follow two phases:

Phase # 1: "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot" (Matthew 5:13). Our Lord Jesus expects from us to be the salt of the earth. Moreover, He is already giving us a very ominous warning of what is really expecting us and what will happen to us if we "lose our saltiness." We need to keep in mind that during Jesus' times and also in many third world nations afflicted by poverty, those nations have regions that don't enjoy electricity and refrigerators used for the preservation of some type of food. Therefore, salt is used as a very important preservative that avoid the putrefaction of meat. Likewise, we should never lose "saltiness" that would prevent a horrendous spiritual and moral corruption in those people surrounding us. Otherwise, we will suffer very ominous consequences as predicted by Jesus in Matthew 5:13.

Phase # 2: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20).

We need to be fully aware that the Lord Jesus based His commission given to us on the statement that (after He was put to death, resurrected and came back again in contact with the Father) He was given back all authority in heaven. Moreover, Satan, the Devil lost any claim of having any authority on earth. Any authority Satan had on earth was given to Satan, the Devil by our first parents by uniting in rebellion with him against God. This authority came back to Jesus' hands after His resurrection. Nonetheless, the Devil would continue to generate violence and pain against members of the human race because even though he lost any trace of authority on this earth, his power to deceive an entire human race did remain intact. This would mean that as long was the Devil existed on this earth, Jesus' authority on us and the Devil powers (on the minds of people) would be in a collision course. We, the people, would decide the end result of this violent collision between the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ and the power of the Devil to deceive the whole world. This end result will be based on our freedom to chose granted to us by God when we were created by Him. Our hearts are broken and our minds are filled with emotional pain when we consider the victims of the April 15, 2013 Boston marathon bombing and the grisly murder, in broad daylight, of British soldier Lee Rigby by Muslim extremists on May 22, 2013. Those deaths bring nothing useful to the human race except to give us more proof that militant atheists and militant secularists are giving a free hand to evil in this world by having well paid lawyers within the American Civil Liberties Union and other Jesus & Gospel unfriendly organizations working together to eradicate the teachings of love of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, our mission in this world is described in Matthew 5:13 and in Matthew 28:18-20. The above mentioned killings are an end result of the deception that Satan has had on the entire world making the world to believe that it is unnecessary to have Jesus in our hearts and to have our lives guided by His Holy Spirit in order to create a safer and better world where members of the human race would be expecting on God's glorious power to grant us the gift of eternal live.

Regarding "same-sex" marriage known on June 26, 2013 as a ruling from the US Supreme Court of Justice:

Over two thousand years ago, when the Creator of life and the Creator of the entire universe descended on earth within the body of Jesus, a child born from a woman, a great multitude of angels lead by another angel suddenly appeared, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace..." However, over two thousand years later, this same multitude of angels have been filled with a great deal of sadness, consternation and horror when on June 2013, five judges of the United States Supreme Court of Justice decided to give their approval to something that not even any the inferior animals of creation would dare to do: This is to seek out a same sex animal partner in order to mate and have a family of their own species. If the biblical account of human creation that in the beginning God created them male and female (Matthew 19:4) and that man was created "a little lower than the angels" (Hebrews 2:7) then it should also be truthful that "God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil" (Ecclesiastes 12:14).

In June 26, 2013 the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled that supporters of Proposition 8, the same-sex marriage ban in California, lacked standing to appeal a court's 2010 decision that deemed the ban unconstitutional, thus legalizing same-sex marriage in California. The Supreme Court also declared Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act, the portion of the law that barred federal recognition of same-sex marriages as unconstitutional. This brings to mind the truthfulness of the words of prophet Jeremiah: "Thus says the Lord: Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord. He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come" (Jeremiah 17:5-6 NIV).

With the June 26, 2013 Supreme Court of the United States' decision regarding same-sex marriage, the songs and praises of the multitude of God's angels, that welcomed the coming to this earth of the Creator of life through Jesus, have been changed to an attitude of sadness, consternation and horror when those same angels looked at the United States Supreme Court of Justice giving a full approval to a lifestyle that is just the opposite to the teachings of what love really is all about according to the written words of Jesus and His most immediate followers, John, Peter, James and Paul.

While the heavenly angels look with sadness, consternation and horror how God's design of how a human family should really be is being tinkered with and openly attacked by lawyer officials who couldn't care less about the laws of nature and the laws of biology and physiology regarding how families come into existence, we believers in the Lord Jesus Christ should not be indifferent to such kind of attack to God's creation because we all suffer one way or the other when the leaders of a nation, through their actions, say they could not care less in a God that wishes to have His children closer in obedience to Him so that they could enjoy His protection. These are really dangerous times and we need to follow the advise of the Apostle Paul who wrote: "Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16). However, as we draw, in prayer, closer and closer to the throne of our Heavenly Father, we should never ignore the attitude of sadness, consternation and horror of Jesus' angels toward the June 26, 2013 US Supreme Court of Justice regarding "same-sex" marriage in the American nation. With our souls filled with sorrow and tears we should be asking our Heavenly Father why that it is becoming for us so difficult, so hard and so impossible to become His instruments on earth in order to crush the Devil's head as this was promised to us by God according to Genesis 3:15? For how long we, members of the human race, will continue to be fertile ground to the lies of the Devil in order to be guided to our own self-destruction? How is that we, followers of Jesus, are going to be filled with the same love that is within Jesus and the Father so we could be truly filled with God's Spirit so that through truthful knowledge and wisdom we could truly be able to fully destroy the works of deception that the Devil has prepared for our fellow brothers and sisters of the human race on this earth? How is that we are going to be truly prepared to fully discard any twisted love that we have for ourselves in order to be filled with God's love and Spirit that would enable us work in such close relationship with the heavenly agencies as to make the Devil flee away in horror from his victims of deception so these victims could truly begin to learn the Way, the Truth and the Life leading to our Heavenly Father?

Thinking through President Obama speech about court's decision regarding the Trayvon Martin & George Zimmerman's case:

Nonetheless, President Obama is really wrong in his notion "that things are getting better." Now, if he just meant that inter-racial relationship between blacks and whites is much better than before Rev Martin Luther King, Jr., then President Obama is right. However, President Obama is wrong when he stated "that things are getting better."

The problem is that President Obama and close to 100% of government elected officials (at federal, state and city level) have lost track of the moral basis used by Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. in order to fight for racial fairness and equality in the US. The moral basis used by Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was that "all men are created equal." It was also guided by the moral imperative that "one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight; and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together" given by Isaiah 40:4-5. The moral basis used by Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. could also be understood by the words pronounced by him when during his August 28, 1963 speech when he said that "we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last! However, the only freedom that Bible really promotes is the freedom from sin: “She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21).

The problem is that (by rejecting even a basic awareness of the teachings of the Bible) there is no possible way for us people made up of flesh and bones to be free from the heavy and slaving chains of evil and sin. Regretfully, President Obama in coordination with the most influential minds shaping public opinion and also shaping what kinds of beliefs should be transmitted to younger generations of children during their public education is closing the doors in order to prevent biblical thinking to give any kind of shape to the beliefs of a new emergent American generation. For instance, it is widely known that before being elected US President, Barack Obama has publicly mocked the teachings of the Bible in the Sermon of the Mountain in which Jesus stated: "But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also" (Matthew 5:39)( http://sojo.net/blogs/2012/02/21/transcr...th-and-politics ). However, if either George Zimmerman or Trayvon Martin thought that people should seek wisdom and an willingness from God on how to truly put that teaching into real like practice, Martin Trayvon would be alive today and George Zimmerman would have never been accused of murdering Martin Trayvon. Mr. Obama also mocked the Bible when he asked: Should we go with Leviticus, which suggests slavery is ok and that eating shellfish is abomination? How about Deuteronomy, which suggests stoning your child if he strays from the faith? Through such kind of questioning one is fully able to perceive that in order to correctly apply in our daily lives everything or anything the Bible says can be done only through God's Holy Spirit. Otherwise, the Devil himself could use whatever is written in the Bible in order to separate us from God. I personally don't believe that Mr. Barack Obama was ever taught to seek God's Holy Spirit on a daily basis in order to better understand and give proper application to biblical teachings on his own life. A person being led by God's Holy Spirit would never ridicule the Bible as a source helping us to shape a better future for ourselves. If Mr. Obama were led by God's Holy Spirit, the moment any proper question comes regarding Leviticus, Obama's mind would be guided to Jesus teaching the following: Our ability to go to heaven and avoiding eternal death is primarily based on keeping in mind and putting in practice the following: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments” (Matthew 22:37-40). Now, Jesus definition of "neighbor" (in Luke 10:25-47) is any stranger even including people different from our own ethnic background needing our help at any given time. The institution of slavery as practiced by pagan nations was doomed to disappear as long as people wishing to go to heaven tried to live according to Mathew 22:23-70. The beauty of God leading us is that He accepts us as we are with the purpose of gradually transforming us according to His will. About "stoning your child if he strays from the faith" (referring to Deuteronomy 21:18-21) sounds like an accusation Satan made against God by asking “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” (Genesis 3:1). This is a method the Devil like to use: We read the Bible and then the Devil sends us angels of evil suggesting an accusation of something God did not really said in order to put more doubts in our minds about God's teachings. Instead of accusing the Bible of something it does not really say, government officials should use their time in coming up with a way of reducing violence related crime rate of the non Bible believing general population to the crime rate that we find in those bending their knees every day to God seeking forgiveness for their sins and who do their best to be assisted by God to live according to the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ. As a matter of fact I have never seen anyone using the Bible to teach why they consider themselves followers of Jesus Christ quoting Deuteronomy 21:18-21 to have government officials sign a death sentence for their own children. Whenever anyone, regardless if such person is a government official asking: "How about Deuteronomy, which suggests stoning your child if he strays from the faith?" we should suspect that such questioning is being inspired by an spirit of animosity against biblical teachings and that instead of ignoring what the Bible teaches regarding how to fight evil in this world, we should truly know what the Bible says, we should say what the Bible really says and come up with a proven better solution for the fight against evil on this planet.

Since the earliest 1960's, the United States of America has been using its military muscle in order to force a change in government in many nations around the world. Regretfully, none of those nations have generated a society where there is more domestic safety thanks to this kind of American intervention. Even in Bosnia and Herzegovina that could be considered as the best "show case" for American intervention, in order stop further "ethnic cleansing" (this is killing fellow human individuals just because they belonged to a certain group of people), organized crime has been able to continue its work of destroying many lives during the current post war era.

The real problem is that the majority of people in the American nation (including their elected public officials), do not understand that the first kind of freedom that we should be fighting for is the freedom offered by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 1:21. This is the freedom that He offers us from sin and evil. While the American nation and its political leaders ignore our need that each human has of getting Jesus' help through God's Holy Spirit, any military intervention in Syria and in any other nation of the world will just generate more human tears provoked by the government of the Devil working through his human agents on this earth. I truly believe that Syria does not need American bombs in order for Syria to become a better nation. What Syria needs is having its citizens to love God the Creator with all their hearts, all their minds and all their strength while learning that it is their second highest duty to love every other person on this earth the same way they love themselves. It is never too late to try to learn such kind of love and such thing cannot be done by throwing more weapons to rebels who could later use their freedom to plan the killing of American citizens around the world and in this nation the same way that Al-Qaida was able to do it after such group of rebels was helped to defeat their Russians enemies in Afghanistan during the governments of President Jimmy Carter and President Ronald Reagan. We also need to pray day and night to our merciful and loving God so that those who are making a huge financial profits through the production and selling of weapons designed to kill fellow humans could feel motivated to use their expertise and time in creating the best means to destroy our real enemies: human suffering, illness and death. This could happen only after they fully understand that people feel much better and more secure when they are trained to love each other than when they try to get security by acquiring the ability of destroying the lives of other fellow humans. In order to accomplish this, we need to learn from the best role model for loving other fellow humans and this is our Lord Jesus Christ. We should never be embarrassed to share this teaching to the entire word, otherwise we could be as guilty as the war industry for keeping silent when this war industry generates a great deal of financial profits by producing nerve gas with the purpose of killing humans and then having this war industry making more profits by throwing bombs against the Syria regime and arming rebels that will later kill American citizens around the world once they are freed from their tyrants.

The basic reason we don't see many miracles performed in our midst is because we have not yet learned to pray as Jesus prayed and to love all people the same way and with the same intensity that our Lord Jesus loved all people. Nonetheless, based on Matthew 28:19, 20, we have been commissioned by the Lord Jesus to inundate the entire world with His doctrine and even to go as far as to baptize all believers in His doctrine in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Now, if we really felt motivated to take Jesus' words seriously, we would find what Jesus' really means when He asks us to "make disciples of all nations." However, we can never take Jesus' words seriously if don't make a daily practice to have those words being considered in our minds in every moment of our lives. There was an incident in Jesus’ public ministry that we should always keep in mind:

Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.’

Through my own personal experience and through the personal experience of all people I am highly familiar with, there is not a more difficult commandment than the commandment that we need to love all other people we come across with as we love ourselves and, regretfully (at some point in our lives), we all may have experienced feeling a greater love for a wrong way of thinking than the love we should have for the Giver and Sustainer of our own life here on earth. However, because those two commandments are highly difficult and truly complicated to fully comply with, we should not find such difficulty as a valid excuse to keep those two commandments almost ignored when we interact with all other people and we decide to approach God through prayer.

The killings of our fellow humans that are taking place in Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Egypt, Kenya and in drugs, gang infested neighborhoods here in the USA are not taking place just because the Devil, Satan is the invisible spiritual leader of a very highly significant number of individuals living there. Those killings are taking place due to our almost non existent collective goal to teach all people through words and actions that our first duty is to learn how to properly show love through words and actions for all humans living on this earth while loving the Creator of life with all our hearts, minds and strength. A malicious intelligence of evil has hijacked the minds of many people within the political, legislative and judicial institutions of the American nation in order to give more defense to the "rights" of all individuals to acquire lethal weapons making them able to kill dozens of unsuspecting fellow citizens in just few minutes than in our duty to love all people and to become our "brother's keeper" while teaching them to do the same. Even church attending believers in God would feel more inclined to help the election through their vote in favor of candidates advocating in favor of having disgruntled and people filled with rancor and hate to have an easier time acquiring very lethal fire arms than they would be in spending personal time and means in teaching fellow citizens the importance of feeling motivated to love all people and teaching others to do likewise as the way that Jesus taught for entering the kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 25:31-46).

I really feel that, at this time, it would be an almost impossible endeavor for the Father to ask our Lord Jesus to come to earth with all His angels in order to bring back to life all those who are resting in the dust of the earth while changing all believers in Jesus to immortality so He could to take us to Heaven when, as a group of believers, we feel so very little motivation to teach all people through words and actions how we should love all other people while we also feel happy to love and worship our Creator. The question would be: How Heaven could continue being Heaven if it becomes populated with inhabitants that feel very little motivation to love and express God's love to all others Heavens' inhabitants they come across with?

THE US FEDERAL BUDGET DEFICIT AND GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

When we consider the US federal budget deficit and the looming federal government shutdown, we need to be greatly concerned about this issue with a prayerful attitude. However, as we approach God in prayer, we will be able to perceive that behind the US federal budget deficit, there is a horrendous "spiritual deficit" affecting all of us from the most influential leader of the federal government, this is President Obama, to all levels of federal, state, city government down to the least politically influential US residents that could be deported any time (since they have been labeled undocumented illegal aliens), after any minuscule legal infraction.

The real problem begins when we get disconnected from God through Jesus Christ and in order to appear "to be functioning well" and to "be worthy" in the eyes of an every day more sinful and artificial society, we pretend to be something that we are not while forgetting that any truthfulness in us comes from God in us and within us because He is the source of anything that is real. Moreover, we are just a by-product of God's power. Therefore, anything that gets disconnected from God just becomes a lie, a deception trying to "show off some worthiness" through the deceptive influence of hypocrisy.

In order to prove my thesis in the above paragraph, we need to consider how the US federal deficit began to really spiral out of control. The US federal budget deficit is an American process that began when the nation started to give more importance to secular means of obtaining desirable goals than to Jesus' inspired spiritual means of obtaining the same kind of goals through the power of praying to God in Jesus' name. This process (when the American electorate began to politicize the issue of the US federal deficit) began with President Jimmy Carter. Before he was elected to public office, he was a Baptist Bible Sunday school teacher.

In order to appear to be "a well functioning" person, in 1976, presidential candidate Jimmy Carter tried to reach a "greater segment" of the voting public by having an interview with a very famous pornographic magazine called "Playboy." This interview, coming from a faithful husband of one wife, Baptist Sunday school teacher and an US presidential candidate running against an incumbent US President, Gerald Ford, became a real shock to the political foundations of the USA. This gave impetus to the "Moral Majority" led by televangelist Baptist pastor Jerry Falwell to become politically active and later fight against President Jimmy Carter re-election in 1979 by favoring US presidential candidate Ronald Reagan and giving financial support to Republican candidates throughout the nation.

This pattern of just using secular means to obtain "desirable goals" was followed by President Jimmy Carter's approach to a friendly Iranian government by fighting for "human rights" requesting the freedom of all political prisoners during the Shah of Iran instead of following Jesus' words requesting us: "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). Anyone taking Jesus' words seriously, will consider Jesus Christ as "the truth, the way and the life." Therefore, anyone advocating for "human rights" by requesting "freedom" for political opponents in Iran instead of promoting freedom of the average Iranian citizen to accept Jesus Christ as his/her personal savior would be disregarding Jesus' instructions on how we should, at a personal and at a collective manner, approach a hostile and evil world. When we don't follow Jesus' instructions, we don't have any way out but to get into worse problems. Effectively, this is what happened: The government of Iran was toppled and replaced by a new unfriendly government. In this new kind of government, any segment of the Iranian population would become much more politically popular and influential just by public chanting the following slogan: "Death, to America, the great Satan." This was followed by taking 52 American hostages in Iran in November 4, 1979 during a politically sensitive year and being released on January 20, 1981, 444 days later (4x111). After the toppling of the Shah of Iran, any person wishing to have a better political outcome in Iran would only have to provide a better "anti-American credentials" than any other political opponent.

President Jimmy Carter felt a more entrenched attitude of disregarding Jesus' words requesting us to "...seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). Therefore, after the Soviet began the deployment of the 40th army in Afghanistan on December 24, 1979, President Jimmy Carter began a grain embargo against the Soviet Union that was really painful to American farmers. Instead of seeking wisdom from God so that Soviet soldiers and the Afghan people could learn about the real freedom and peace that we obtain by following Jesus' instructions of love toward all people, President Jimmy Carter felt that his political career would put in ridicule by the American news media if he tried to seek God's counsel in order to follow Jesus' advise instructing us to "...Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16) regarding the Russian invasion to Afghanistan and under his orders and with the tacit approval of the US Congress, the Afghan rebels were trained to kill or assassinate Soviet personnel in Afghanistan. After more than 15,000 Soviet soldiers dead, 35,000 wounded and many more Afghans dead, the Russians were able to understand that nothing could be gained by military force and the Soviet army withdrew from Afghanistan about 9 years later in 1988.

Disregarding Jesus' instructions to "...seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:33) and to "...Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16), has cost the American nation very dearly. This has led to a blood thirsty militant religious monster in the Middle East that gave us September 11, 2001; more American soldiers dead in the Middle East than the number of American casualties on 9-11-01; this is more than 5,225 dead American soldiers and more than 50,000 wounded. Even worse, some news commentators have mentioned that this war in the Middle East has had such a horrendous impact on the spiritual and emotional lives of American soldiers that at times the number of American soldiers killing themselves through suicide by gun shot wounds is greater than the number of American soldiers dead in action through enemy fire. Even worse, the biter results of disdaining Jesus' instructions have not been learned by the current government administration and this administration gave political, logistic and military support to blood thirsty religious groups of people in Libya in order to topple the Libyan government of dictator Muammar Gaddafi and replace it with a more blood thirsty religious-political system that on September 11, 2012 would attack, in Benghazi Libya, the American embassy, kill the American ambassador and other staff members by having spiritual prisoners of Devil "celebrating" the 11th anniversary of 9-11-01 when religious fanatics gave us evidence how they would celebrate their "freedom" gained from the Soviet invasion in 1979 since they were still under the slavery of the great deceiver, his majesty Satan.

By disdaining and having in low esteem the words of instructions on how we should confront an evil and hostile world by our Spiritual Commanding in Chief the Lord Jesus Christ sent by God from Heaven in order to destroy the works of the Devil on earth, the USA has fallen more and more under a natural, political and social environment that is being manipulated by the deceptions and lies of his Majesty Satan.

This is why truthful believers in Jesus Christ need to pray more and more regarding this fiscal US federal budget deficit. We need to truly understand that this is not just something "secular." This may have severe negative repercussions in our spiritual lives because if we do not develop the habit of praying like Jesus did for God to deliver us from evil during relatively peaceful and prosperous times, it would be more difficult for us to pray with faith and certainty when bad times come. Based on the writings of the Apostle Paul, a government that becomes non functional or dysfunctional is easily followed by an anarchy where it would be more difficult for God's children to live peacefully ("I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth" -- Timothy 2:1-4).

If we don't pray for those who do not now how to pray for themselves, then the American society has not choice but to fall further and further into the traps of the father of lies and this is what happened regarding the US federal budget deficit after the Carter years. While presidential candidate Ronald Reagan campaigned against incumbent President Jimmy Carter, the American voters were weary of the disastrous results of President Carter foreign policy after he disregarded Jesus' instructions on how to confront a hostile outside world. However, since Jesus' instructions were withdrawn much earlier from American public teaching institutions, the American voting public was not aware that Carter's failure on foreign policy was related to his disregard of specific instructions given by the Lord Jesus. This is because the great deceiver fooled the American legal system in judging that Jesus and His teachings constitute "church," therefore his teachings were withdrawn from public awareness making the general American voting sector much more spiritually blind from the horrendous consequences when we disregard Jesus' instructions.

It is very interesting to look back to contemporary American history and just observe how the great deceiver is gradually leading the American nation to its own destruction. I personally feel that God's angels are really shocked with disbelief when we don't pray for ourselves so God may open our eyes so we could become better instruments for making it much easier to spread God's gospel of love throughout the entire world; God's angels should be also shocked with disbelief when we don't follow the instructions of the Apostle Paul who under the guidance of the Holy Spirit has given us instructions to pray so the leaders of the nation could be guided to lead such nation in a way that it could become much, much easier to spread Jesus' teachings of love to the entire world.

When we look at the great deceiver working in the American political process, we are going to detect such deceiver inspiring US presidential candidate Ronald Reagan to accuse incumbent President Carter of running a "disastrously enormous" US federal budget deficit and believe that after elected as a new president, he would do a much better job of running the economy by significantly increasing military spending, lowering taxes and balancing the budget through a "smaller or leaner government." Based on presidential candidate Ronald Reagan all of that would be done at the same time and the American nation would become once again "a great nation" thanks to only taking an optimistic attitude toward the future. After the great deceiver enticed the federal government in a huge spending spree while turning the word taxes into a synonym with a bad word, then the great deceiver opened the way to new incoming members of congress that would be more inclined to shut down the government, effectively destroying it, in order to "save" the nation. However, according to Jesus' teachings, people don't become better by destruction. They could only become better only after accepting good, careful instruction with patience under a spirit of love. Therefore, instead of separating Jesus' instructions on how to handle an evil hostile world from the rest of the American society in the name of Church - State separation, under the deceiving guidance of the Devil, we should tell all people that Jesus' teachings of love is not "Church." Church is just a group of fallible humans who have the ability of being wrong in any particular opinion and instead of disregarding their opinion, we just have to consider if their opinion has been validated or proven wrong through a truthful carefully evaluated historical experience.

As Jesus said, His teachings are the light of the world. If His teachings are disregarded on how we deal with one another within His church and how we deal with outsiders as a collective group of people, Jesus' teaching influence will suffer a great deal in our own lives and in the lives of others. However, if we follow Jesus' teachings about how to best approach a hostile evil world, we will find out how a careful instruction, with a prayerful spirit of loving patience, is the best method for bringing closer to God's kingdom our sinful and suffering world.

Regarding what we should tell our fellow citizens about the US fiscal budget deficit: We should bring them to mind the following verse:

“And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel” (Genesis 3:15).

In order for this prophecy to be happily fulfilled in our lives we need to take three steps:

1) A spirit of prayer in which we are fully aware of our sinfulness while inviting God's Holy Spirit in our lives in order to be gradually transformed according to His will.

2) A spirit of consistent study of God's word in the Bible on a daily basis and learning how to truly confront daily challenges in our lives with Jesus' teachings plus all other teachings found in the Bible.

3) A process of reconciliation: Many times our carnal human nature will be in an open conflict with the teachings of Jesus and the Bible. However, it will be impossible for us to establish a good relationship with God yielding goods fruits (as stated by Jesus: “Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them,” Mat.15:20) and have others to do likewise if we don't know first how to be honest with ourselves. However, this “reconciliation process” cannot come from us since our human nature is very deceptive.

This “reconciliation process” needs to come from God. Therefore, when we pray to God, we need to open ourselves up with an understanding that God knows better than we do. This is based on the fact that we cannot act doing the opposite of something that our best conviction indicates us while claiming at the same time that we serve a righteous and Holy God. Now, since we are “time dependent creatures,” we should be more than willing to give time to God working on our daily lives so we could really and thoroughly understand why His ways are better than our ways. We need to give God time to illuminate our thinking for any question baffling our minds. After we do so, He will finally come back to us fulfilling His promise in Luke 21:15: “For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict.” We need to keep in mind that such words and wisdom will never be in an open conflict with His teachings in the Bible but those words will give us a deeper and more relevant understanding that is fully consistent with the kind of daily living that God expects from us.

The problem with those who have entered into the American political process in order to help balancing the US federal budget and avoid the financial destruction of the US is that they wish to accomplish this through laws written on paper or an electronic media. They need to truly learn to cooperate with God regarding what is the best way to legislate any law. God has chosen the best way to write laws and we need to cooperate with Him in the process of writing the laws needed for our ability to function well as a society: “I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts” (Hebrews 8:10). It is impossible for us to be good people just based on our own human nature. If legislators within the government just write laws to increase taxes in order to balance the US federal budget many people who a are really gifted with the ability to generate wealth, will resent more government intrusion in their lives in order to take away more of what they are able to produce and such resentment will make them to be less productive. However, if legislators begin cutting down expenses in order to have a good national infrastructure and citizens that are well educated in order to compete within the global economy, then the nation has not other choice but to become a poorer nation with a very poor ability to provide a basic domestic security needed to function as a civilized society. Nonetheless, if the nation continues to spend and to increase spending the way it is doing it, it will end up in having such unsustainable debt that it will have not choice but to end in an economic meltdown and generalized misery.

Instead of “kicking the can down the road” our legislators, who have a very poor sense of the spiritual needs of their fellow citizens and of the spiritual reality shaping human actions, should allow God to do His work of putting His laws in the minds of His creatures on earth and writing His laws on their hearts.

Instead of “suspending democracy” as it has been done through the judicial branch of government, this nation should allow believers in Jesus Christ and His teachings to have an unrestricted freedom of expression through oral and written means so school children and the general population could truly know that we have a Creator expecting us to love Him above anything else (including sex, power and money) and to love all people in the same degree they love themselves. While atheists, evolutionists and the US judicial government have our text science books rigged with the idea that we have descended from monkeys, it will be impossible for the nation to acquire the ability to create a better future for herself and for the entire world anymore than lower animal species sharing with us this planet earth have for creating a happier future for themselves. The same unrestricted freedom that atheists have for writing text books explaining there is not such thing as an Intelligent Creator, should be shared by those who believe otherwise. Then God will have more developing minds to His disposal to write His laws of truthful love, through the teachings of Jesus, for all fellow humans in developing minds within this nation. Then this nation will stop in waging an unwinnable war against the idea of a God and Creator working with and within the human mind and this nation will see the birth and development of millions of citizens who will not feel offended or with resentment when their productive genius is taxed in order to make this a much better nation because they will truly feel that they came to this world to make it a better place to live in based on the gratitude they owe to God thanks to our Creator and Redeemer our Lord Jesus Christ.

“My people will be destroyed, because they have no knowledge” (Hosea 4:6 NCV). It is interesting that God says here “my people.” However, when we keep reading the verse it is not just lack of knowledge but a refusal to learn. This means that if God’s people refuse to know or to learn something God wishes them to know or to be aware of then God’s purpose of living within His people cannot be fulfilled. According to 1 Timothy 6:16 NIV: Only God “…is immortal and… lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see.” If God’s purpose of living within us cannot not be fulfilled, God cannot share His immortality with us because according to John 3:16, only those who believe in Him will not perish but will have eternal life. This means that if we are His people but steadily keep refusing the knowledge He wishes us to know, based on John 3:16 we abdicate the privilege of being His people and end up with no choice but to perish or be destroyed forever since God will never share His immortality with those who choose to believe in Him according to John 3:16.

Now temporal life and eternal life share something in common. This is that they are law dependent. My heart does not have “a right” to stop beating within some acceptable physiologic limit for just one hour and keep itself and my body alive. My lungs does not have “a right” to stop taking air in and out for 20 minutes and keep itself and the rest of my body alive. If I am diabetic needing injectable insulin, I don’t have “a right” of lowering and keeping my glucose in 20 mg/dl and be alive in order to lower the frequency of insulin injections.

In the same way that God has created physiologic laws that do not allow us to be alive (when we violate physical parameters of what is normal or what is not normal that allows our existence to be a reality on this earth) government and society also create laws or traditions that make our existence as a group of literal believers in the teachings of Jesus Christ something that becomes more and more impossible through the axis of time. In order to prevent something like that to happen, we have to seriously heed the following advice: “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people (Ephesians 6:11-17 NIV).

I'll bet many high school/academy/college art students would love to have a chance at producing something you might like to use. They could use it as a project for class, and you might be able to get quality artwork at little or no cost..

Having a hard time understanding your position, seems to be rather scattered, but just for reading this last post I take it you are against separation of church and state. Or is it that you want the bible to be taught in schools, which one(s), christian, muslim, or any of the other religious belief systems. If you want only the christian bible taught, then what about all other persons, they are not welcome unless they imbrace the christian bible?

Based on what I have seen in suits involving commercial companies, this could cost a substantial amount of money that I really wish to earmark in benefit of the advance of God’s kingdom within the minds and hearts of all people on earth. This means that I need some legal advice on how to proceed. Could anyone give me some orientation?

Felix, why don't you get some new artwork, rather than worry about whether you might get sued for using the old work done by the publishing company?

I'll bet many high school/academy/college art students would love to have a chance at producing something you might like to use. They could use it as a project for class, and you might be able to get quality artwork at little or no cost..

Thanks good idea, regretfully I don't know of any art student, but if you could sent me by private message any one you would consider to be a good art student, I would be more than willing to do anything that would be mutually beneficial to me and the student. I would like the work to be done in less than two weeks and I would send him/her the art work done by the company, hoping that the student could come up with something that looks somewhat better.
