Anthony!
Please pray for my sister Pam and her husband. You may remember that this is my sister whose son, Kyle Lewis died in July (see post #183928 Kyle Allen Lewis in the Deaths and Obituaries forum). They and their friends have witnessed supernatural manifestations in her home. They witnessed a vase levitate from the refrigerator and move rapidly across the house and smack against a wall. My sister and a friend have seen 'Kyle' walk about the house. Fortunately, I do not have to be diplomatic with my sister about anything, and was glad she asked me what I thought. I guided her to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, and presented to her the merits of Jesus' sacrifice and blood as the only surety and remedy for demonic manifestations. We then discussed the state of the dead as proclaimed by Seventh-day Adventist teaching. I also sent her a study on the topic via email. I presented her with a caveat: All the knowledge regarding the state of the dead will do her no good unless she and her husband accept Jesus as Lord and Savior and repent of their sins. I told her that it is now time to pursue a relationship with Jesus and to put away their sin and embrace a holy life filled with the peace and assurance that only Jesus can give her through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Only then, in accepting His blood in their lives for forgiveness and obedience, can they effectively call upon Jesus' name and blood to dispell Satan from their home. Also, she said that when she goes to the cemetary, she would no longer call upon Kyle to manifest himself to her, but will now talk to Jesus only. She is also going to share the fervent intercessory prayer and talk I had with her today, plus the study, to Kyle's friends and her friend who have witnessed this tomfoolery from the adversary. Thank you...

cricket
Lord, You have the name that is above all names. You are Lord forever and there is no one who can challenge Your authority and power. You rule for ever and ever, and there is no end to Your Kingdom. I come boldly before Your throne of grace. Your word says that You give strength to the weary, so I ask that You would strengthen Pam Lord. Bless her Lord with Your presence, that her heart might be encouraged. Help her remember Your faithfulness and Your love that she might stand in faith against the issues that face her. I bind the schemes of the enemy to tear her down, and I rebuke the spirits that have been assigned to harass her. I ask You Lord to minister fresh strength and joy to her. Let Pam embrace Your word, that says, Your plans for her are to give her hope and a future. Let it be so Lord Jesus, according to Your will. I pray in Your mighty name, Amen! ________ Anthony, this prayer is taken from a "model" prayer that I found at prayitsayit.net The words are truly beautiful and inspiring. As I pray these words aloud, it is with your dear Pam and her husband that I pray for. Please share these reassuring words with her when the time is right.
