George Zimmerman Verdict

Recommended Posts

I have seen several instances of this during my stay here on this earth - the couple pulls through a very stressful time, then goes to pieces once the trying times are over. Have followed this drama across several articles...here's another one:

More on Zimmerman

It has been noted this woman really wants to settled down, have a family, and be happy in complete obscurity - and she will never have that with the Lynch Mob constantly after George. She wants a split, and possibly feels being the drama queen will help her justify breaking her vows, just maybe? Who knows.

In the article above, it has become known his wife made some major...."misstatements"...about what happened, while George did not flee, and was "very cooperative", and allowed the police to search him. No gun was found on his person, as was earlier claimed.

Those points probably won't stop the low-info types from running with the first sensationalized stories, tailored to the Lynch Mob's portrait of the man.

All that said...as I said on another thread - the man could possibly be a complete jerk in private, but each of these instances have shown him to have the law on his side.

Food for thought...

"As iron sharpens iron, so also does one man sharpen another" - Proverbs 27:17

"The offense of the cross is that the cross is a confession of human frailty and sin and of inability to do any good thing. To take the cross of Christ means to depend solely on Him for everything, and this is the abasement of all human pride. Men love to fancy themselves independent. But let the cross be preached, let it be made known that in man dwells no good thing and that all must be received as a gift, and straightway someone is offended." Ellet J. Waggoner, The Glad Tidings

GZ is making short work of painting this portrait. The brush stokes are bold and in lurid colors. As the song says "I see your true colors shining through"

Curiouser and curiouser....

Police say there was no gun.

GZ's lawyer says he had a gun holstered under his shirt

Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence.

GZ is now revealing to the world the truth about that scenario.

Considering when it is viewed from the police dash-cam, he was very cooperative, and the police very thorough in their search (as they do know he has a conceal-carry license), I will take their report over an attorney's off the cuff remark concerning George's usual habit (which is to have it holstered under his shirt).

George is see here being set up by woman who has turned from being his mainstay through the trial, to being a real....what is a strong word I can use there without offending someone? You get the picture.

The point - George can't even relax in his own house without having to worry about his ex dropping by unexpectedly with her father to "pick up a few things", then cause an incident where her attorney just conveniently shows up as the police get there...who then counsels her to change her story over what she told 911, in order to remain in compliance with the terms of her perjury probation.

Just does not pass the smell test.

Seems like you might be able to get a job as GZ's defense lawyer since Mark O quit. Even the man who defended him against murder charges finds him indefensible.

What strong words would you have for Mark O?

I'd say, "Smart move. Criminal defense law is your specialty. George needs a top notch family law lawyer now. Can you refer one?"

Lawyers, like doctors, have areas of specialty. I wouldn't hire a gastroenterologist for a detached retina. I' go to an opthamologist for that. My neurologist doesn't advise a thing about my diabetes, and my endocrinologist doesn't advise concerning my migraines.

I would expect Mr. Omara to to step down from this aspect of law. It's not his specialty.

Just saying...

Even Mark O didn't say that !! The truth will come out eventually.

When asked if he had any advice for Zimmerman, O’Mara answered, “Pay me.”

Ding! Ding!

Mark O doesn't have to say that!!!

Criminal defense IS his specialty! Dealing with a vindictive ex-wife in a nasty divorce IS NOT his specialty!

Yes, lawyers do have the right to get paid for their services, and they ought step away from cases where they do not specialize! That is only good and safe practice!

Yes, I do agree - the truth will come out. I do hope Mr. Zimmerman can get past these troubles, and live a clean life from here on out. Unfortunately, the media's constant attention means he will likely never have a peaceful life here in the US.

What about personal responsibility? What's this obsession with the media.

Dr. Shiping Bao, the Volusia County medical examiner who handled teenager Trayvon Martin’s body after he was shot by George Zimmerman in February of 2012, claims that the prosecution team in the case were biased against the African-American teen and intentionally lost.

Interesting Laz, but not sure I agree with him.

By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}

Mark O'Mara is also a certified marital and family law specialist. Nasty divorces are indeed one of his specialities. He could represent Zimmerman in both his divorce and criminal matters.

The reason he is not representing Zimmerman is revealed in the "Pay me!" statement. Zimmerman still owes Mark O a whole lot of money for representing him in the trial. If Mark O has not been been paid, he is under no obligation to represent Zimmerman in any new case, divorce or criminal. It's about the money.

I was unaware of that, Tom. Thanks for the info.

Most the lawyers I have known and crossed paths with focus primarily on one specialty. Knowing Mark O. defended Mr Zimmerman, then dropped from the case, led me to think that perhaps he was primarily a criminal defense attorney.

Thanks,

Well, the media with their lack of constraint and zeal to conviction of George Zimmerman before the case even went to trial certainly lacked their personal responsibility when they created the same circus atmosphere as was seen at OJ's trial.

What about Trayvon's own personal responsibilities in the matter? Was it personal responsibility which led Trayvon to pin George down and start pounding away? Or was it malicious desire to pound the...fecal matter...out of what he thought was a "gay cracker"?

From the forensic evidence, the burn marks on Trayvon's shirt, plus the trajectory of the bullet upward through the chest, is consistent with a gun discharge from George as he was getting pummeled by Trayvon being on top of him.

I guess George was the only one whose personal responsibility was to dance according to the whims of Trayvon supporters.

And the 800 lb gorilla Trayvon represented still fails to be addressed.

It's amazing how the media has become, for conservatives, the root of all kinds of evil. Conservatives cannot continue to blame the media for everything. Thankfully the media made an issue of the death of TM so that another killer would not just walk away. We are now seeing more of who GZ really is.

Why don't you explain who GZ is based on being pulled over for speeding twice and touring a gun manufacturer. Are these indications of a killer?

A contentious divorce signals the heart of a killer? For three out of four of the incidences that indicate a killer, several members of C/A could be classed the same.

A lying spouse is hardly a rare occurrence. By her own admission the wife of GZ has owned up to lying twice.

Whether or not GZ had a gun under his shirt is immaterial. That is what having a C&C permit is usually all about. It is clear as this was an accidental meeting he did not have a gun under his shirt in anticipation.

Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this.

We already know he's a killer. Its an indisputable fact. The court, however, found him not guilty of M2

I wonder how many CA members have killed an unarmed teen? The comparison is flawed.

I don't know why they keep doing that. This one was hired by the left, I think. He needs to chose better friends.

At least OJ got 10 years of freedom. GZ won't make it to 10 month. His harvest has come fast.
