Maybe there are guilt issues, maybe not. Many would be alive today if they did not resist armed police officers who have stopped them. Better a visit to a police station than dead. Maybe the victim did grab the taser during the struggle, and if so, that's what sealed his fate. Never, never resist arrest by a cop unless you want to exponentially increase your chances of dying. The officer had the victim's vehicle. He had his identification. The guy was no imminent threat to society. He was just running, perhaps tired of getting tased. All the officer had to do is call other officers, and set up a perimeter. The guy gets caught, goes to jail, and the officer still has his reputation and his job. No, he wanted to shoot him down, like hunting for a deer. He knew he could get away with it. It has happened before, it will happen again. It just so happened that heaven decided to pull back the curtains and give us all a glimpse of how it sometimes goes down. Whether you are black , white or whatever. Whether or not it was recorded by smart phone video or go pro. it will all come out in the wash.
