As I remember it, he did a special on his trip to Israel, and I think that he read exerpts from Desire of Ages. Do not quote me as this being fact. It just came from my memory bank so I do not think that I am making it up. My greatgrandmother was friends with the nanny that the Johnny and his wife hired to care for one of their sons - so my mother tells me. Dottie Posted November 8, 2003 Share Posted November 8, 2003 About the nanny--my brother, who was going to school in Nashville, stayed with the mother of the nurse who was present when John Carter Cash was born.
