Members phkrause
That's a great article! Makes you think!! Quote phkrause By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}
Administrators debbym Posted October 12, 2019 Administrators Share Posted October 12, 2019 In old testament scripture, the loss or caused miscarriage of a woman's unborn was not regarded as murder, nor ever was throughout the history of the Jews. Surely one of the prophets who decried the sin of God's people would have made some objections regarding this issue. God who knows the end from the beginning did not make it an issue of murder for thousands of years. i am not saying i am pro abortion, but this painful step ought not to be burdened with the onus of murder. Millions upon millions more conceptions and fetuses have been naturally miscarried, so then does God himself become guilty of murder? Those who are most anti abortion seem to be most pro war. So these abortions may have served to amass armies becoming fodder for the battle field, and this is preferred? phkrause 1 Quote deb Love awakens love. Let God be true and every man a liar. Members phkrause
There's a very interesting article in the September Adventist Review. Its called "His Mercy Made Me Whole." Which is about abortion, which actually made me think even more about this situation. I think that there is a very fine line here, from this article I can see how easy it is for someone to be tricked into this by a total bastard like this pastor in the story!!
