AH already had a $1.0 Billion insurance policy.  Why do they need more?  And why won't they reveal for what they would use the extra $27 Million?  (Frankly, the "mystery" doesn't surprise me..)

If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony.

Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?

Under CA law they can in put in a claim that has precedence over a claim by the insurance company.

Love of Litigation is the new "evangelism" of some. So the Christians are going to take the money and run, again. Whats new?

(2 Cor 1:3-4) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Just because they "can" doesn't mean they "should".....

If the priority is repair in order to facilitate patient care, I would think the insurance route would be far more expeditious.  AH appears to be the poster child of organizational rapaciousness, imho.
