Dr. Shane Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 I have given a lot of thought to the cost of Adventist education. How do the Adventist colleges compare to other denominational colleges? I know our local elementary and high school where I live are the most affordable church schools in the area. However our colleges seem very expensive. The problem isn't just clergy pay. We are graduating teachers that are $70K in debt and taking jobs for $32K/year. No student should ever finish college with more debt than the annual salary first year out of school.
