She was 96. https://apnews.com/article/queen-elizabeth-ii-health-update-b2578aa91c3fef9c5d6ad4a557bf63e4? phkrause 1 Quote phkrause By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}
Moderators Kevin H Posted September 19, 2022 Moderators Share Posted September 19, 2022 The funeral is now over. On the news they kept mentioning how great this event was and wondering if there was anything else in history that can compare. You could tell how young the reporters are, because some of us remember a program that can be compared to; the funeral of John Kennedy. But these intense events are few and far between, and TV has played a big part to include so much of the rest of the world. President Kennedy for those who loved him and the tragic way we lost him, and Queen Elizabeth for her long and beloved reign. A CNN reporter last week was reading some of the cards and notes left at Buckingham Palace; and I loved what one of these cards said: Rest in Peace Arise in Glory!
