Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted September 28, 2022 Moderators Share Posted September 28, 2022 USAA is a very large financial services company which, with a few exceptions, limits their services to members of the U.S. military and their families. I have a number of their products, with a focus on insurance policies. My 2nd son has not purchased their products. A few days ago he called his auto insurance company to make a few changes in his auto policy. In that conversation he informed the representative that he was not totally happy with his company and was considering changing to USAA. In responding the sales representative informed him that USAA was the company that insured her and he should immediately switch as USAA was the better company!
