NAD Year-End Meetings will end November 1. The following link takes you to some sobering issues that we face.  See:

In a series of alarming statistics, Secretary Ahn illustrated the urgent need for mentors to raise up the next generation of leaders. Of the 1,271,642 Adventists in the NAD (at the end of 2021), 68% of them are under the age of 60. However, 32% of NAD presidents are over the age of retirement, and over 50% are over the age of 60. This trend continues throughout all levels of leadership. According to the Adventist retirement study nine years ago, of the 4,000 pastors employed by the church, 50% will have reached retirement by next year. In the 13 division universities, there are a total of 97 theology majors currently enrolled.
