Briefly: A 12 year-old can be taught, at no charge, by Roblox to write the code for a video game. Roblox will then host that video game on their International platform, at no charge to the one who developed it. That hosting will be in the major languages spoken on Earth and people from other nations will be able to play that game in their native language, at no charge. Yes, extra cost features can be built in to the game and those funds will be divided between Roblox and the author of the game.
