That came a day after Canada expelled a top Indian diplomat as it investigates allegations that the South Asian government may have had links to the assassination of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar in British Columbia. The explosion — on the U.S. side — prompted the closure of multiple border crossings and halted international arrivals at Buffalo's airport on one of the busiest travel days of the year, Axios' Jacob Knutson writes. What's happening: The FBI described the situation as "very fluid" but did not immediately offer any other details in a statement. The two people who died were in the vehicle that exploded, AP reports.
