Members phkrause
Tomorrow is his actual birthday, or should I say would've been!! Also an interesting article: Why Should Christians Celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day? The third Monday in January marks a day of great celebration in America. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a man of God who helped pave the way for unity and freedom. Much like a modern-day Moses, King followed the prompting of the Lord and was a frontrunner to lead the African American people out of a time of great devastation. His mission and purpose still lives on today. https://www.crosswalk.com/faith/spiritual-life/why-should-christians-celebrate-martin-luther-king-jr-day.html? ps:If this needs to be moved please do so GM or Stan, thank you!! Quote phkrause By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}
