Voters have been mailed a 112-page election booklet that informs as to what will be voted. One proposed law will be voted on. In addition to explaining the issues, both pro and con, the proposed law is also published. That law is 69 pages in length! It is no wonder that attorneys and courts exist. Who today has the time to read and seek to understand it.
