Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted April 27 Moderators Share Posted April 27 After a recent review of our financial records, I have determined that I can retire at 97 years of age. At that time, I will be able to live comfortably for eleven minutes. phkrause 1 Quote Gregory
Members phkrause
I was originally going to work until I was 72 to get the most from my SS benefits, but in '08 I was laid off after working for this company for 25+ years. So at being 60 years old I couldn't find a job, I even told them in my resume and applications that I would take a cut in pay. I even applied at out of state companies and when I drove down to visit my Mom in Florida I went in to as many printing companies I could visit, but nothing!! I even applied to USPS and pasted the test, but they only wanted people for working on Sabbath, which I told them I would not do. So I went on unemployment, for about 2 yrs, thanks to the president who kept adding weeks to the unemployment benefits. When I turned 62 I just retired. God took care of us during that 2 1/2 yr span. Quote phkrause By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}
