Joe Knapp Posted October 27 Posted October 27 Retired Pastor Ike Galve passed away last week in the Philippines. I do not have many details. His funeral was very quick. He was the president of the West Visayas Conference and then the President of the then newly formed Romblon Mission. He was an Alumni of Mountain View College in Mindanao, Philippines.
