    Religious Employment

I think in 8 years (or even less) folks will look back on this type of case as an unfortunate anomaly of history - and the conditions will be such that the last thing a gay couple would want to do is force their way into a religious institution that they know doesn't approve of their lifestyle. This is just another story about another "professional victim".

When was the Son given to humanity

I believe that the marriage union and procreation hold the most premier object lesson as to the relationship to our Creator and the plan to redeem us from this world. Heaven will be a ceaseless approach onto God through His Son. The Son within each of the redeemed will draw us closer and closer to the intimate union that He had with the Father before rebellion entered in. "By His life and His death, Christ has achieved even more than recovery from the ruin wrought through sin. It was Satan's purpose to bring about an eternal separation between God and man; but in Christ we become more closely united to God than if we had never fallen. In taking our nature, the Saviour has bound Himself to humanity by a tie that is never to be broken. Through the eternal ages He is linked with us. “God so loved the world, that He gave His only-begotten Son.” John 3:16. He gave Him not only to bear our sins, and to die as our sacrifice; He gave Him to the fallen race." DA25 Consider the marriage union: The bride stands naked and unashamed before her beloved. She feels no fear of rejection or shame because of any flaws in her outward appearance for she is at peace in his acceptance and love for her. He looks at her and says, "Thou art all fair, my love, I see no spot in thee." In his presence she feels an overwhelming desire for life from him to create new life within. His intimate connection with her fills him with such a strong desire to know her more deeply, and if he could he would enter completely inside her and feel what she feels right out to the ends of her fingertips; to look out through her eyes and see what she sees. Every consummative act deepens and creates more life in her. The husband is the one who determines what is to be created and she is the one who creates it. He supplies a seed which is fully daddy and she provides an egg which is fully mommy. When the two blend together and become, not fully mommy and fully daddy, but mommy and daddy combined. In that child the two actually become one. A new creature is born. Coming from a place of darkness into a world of light. Again and again, through experiences of life, when the Light of heaven draws near, and places His finger on something He wishes us to see. In His presence a plague spot is exposed, something in our character that His pure light gives us the ability to see as He sees it. When we see it for what it is we come into agreement with Him why it must be left behind. I believe this is the investigative judgment in a very personal way. As we stand naked and unashamed with a divinely provided need for life from Him, as He says, Thou art all fair, my love, I see no spot in thee. In this intimate place He brings life forth from the Son within. Humanity and divinity are blending together a new creature is brought forth as we day by day grow up into the fullness of the stature of the Son of God. We become partakers of the divine nature as He is a partaker of our humanity. Every time I think of the Son actually living within each of us, willing and doing according to His good pleasure. It is like I see a spark of light into eternity. I feel so small in the expanse of it all. My little mind says how can these things be?

Congress: The Senate & The House

Trump backs new spending deal President-elect Trump urged Republicans to support a new agreement to fund the federal government, after torpedoing an earlier version of the bill. The House is expected to vote tonight, Axios' Andrew Solender reports. The new agreement, which Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) unveiled this afternoon, would fund the government through March and suspend the debt ceiling for two years. It also includes $100 billion in disaster aid. ? Trump endorsed the deal on Truth Social, calling it "a very good Deal for the American People." Screenshot: Truth Social ? The revisions capped off a chaotic week in which lawmakers thought they had a bipartisan deal, only to see it crumble as Elon Musk amplified conservative criticisms on X. Democrats will likely get behind the new version, congressional sources tell Axios. "Honestly, if they put what they are proposing right now on the floor three weeks ago, it would've gotten a lot of votes," one senior House Democrat said. Read the bill. House fails to pass Trump-backed funding bill, ratcheting up shutdown threat Congress is barreling toward a government shutdown after the GOP-led House failed to pass a funding plan backed by President-elect Donald Trump on Thursday, leaving Hill Republicans scrambling to find a path forward. https://www.cnn.com/2024/12/19/politics/government-shutdown-vote-congress/index.html?

    Adventism Today

Since the day after the election, I've been watching Democrats discuss the findings coming out of the various postmortems / autopsies of the Democrat Party & the general consensus I'm seeing is Trans / woke ideology in the swing states cost the democrat party the election. In the second paragraph of the article James W. Walters (the author) stated; "The United States electorate on November 5 followed its visceral instincts and voted in Donald Trump". Mr. Walters may be highly educated but if he thinks that Elephants are pumpkins, he needs to be de-programmed, BADLY. Anyone thinking that Trump won the election because of the "visceral instincts" of the electorate is in very bad need of a red pill. The facts are that if a serial killer abducted and murdered 2 men along with 6 trans women and dumped their bodies into a mass grave & 100 years later the grave was discovered- SCIENCE would positively (with zero doubt) identify that the remains belonged to 8 MEN. I realize that this is bitter medicine to many Democrats but its the truth. The coastal population centers are generally very blue and Midwest areas are generally red. For either party to win the electoral college they must appeal to a majority of voters in the swing states and in this cycle enough Democrat Grandparents and Parents were worried their Grandchildren were in danger of being convinced at school they may have been born into the wrong body. Some may view this as visceral and an unfounded fear. Whatever it is I can assure anyone that it's not science denying. MAGA people are literally praying that the Democrat Party continues to double down on the logic expressed in that article as it will greatly aid in the furtherance of MAGA. I for one want a healthy Democrat Party as well as a healthy Republican and MAGA party. Most of live in a reality where we need good competition in the political parties to ensure that the work product they produce helps the common person. Clinching one's fist and shouting toward heaven that potatoes are bears or that trans women are women is a self-destruction protocol for the Democrat Party - they will either defecate this ideology out of their platform or fulfil their destiny thereby allowing another progressive party to come in and do it for them.

  10. Agreed and agreed. Have to deal with this personally - both in myself and in my youngest. Nothing fictitious about what we deal with daily. Instead of Ritalin (methylphenidate), the prescription of choice is Adderall (an amphetamine salt). Very similar effect to the caffeine I take to control mine. Very different creature from Ritalin... Blessings,

Neurologist Richard Saul Says ADHD Does Not Exist

    1. That was eye rolling sarcasm, which is different than whining 2. There was nothing that gave any indication that you meant the parents not the kids. Not one thing 3. You are aware that we are not all from your country, state, county and city right? Not every place has the kind of system in place for such payments. 4. You talk a lot about how people treat you in a judgmental and unkind way. Read the last sentence of your post and think about it the next time you want to talk about how people mistreat you.

Neurologist Richard Saul Says ADHD Does Not Exist

From the literature we find that it has been overdiagnosed and over medicated. But the tests that are given by competent pediatricians still show this condition. My Gdaughter was diagnosed, and was quite evident in her behaviour. She improved in school and behaviour with meds. However her parents have taken her off the meds and she is doing quite well. During the time she was on the meds everyone worked with her to help her recognize her behaviour and focus more on the task at hand. That seems to have worked out very well and she did not want to stay on the meds either. It was a group effort! She still can lose focus but we continue to work on that. By behaviour I am talking about her lack of focus, constant shifting attention and not being able to stay on subject. She was also more erractic in interactions with others. She was on the meds for a couple of years and the pediatrician had said ahead of time that it was possible she would be able to stop the meds in the future.

Neurologist Richard Saul Says ADHD Does Not Exist

I know it certainly was over diagnosed in the early 90's in particular, but that does not mean it does not exist. My daughter was diagnosed with it and it turned out that she had Aspergers Syndrome. (or not - maybe she just needs to get her s**t together and not have a crutch)
