I can just see a whole new field opening up: "Entomological Psychology," with subsections of "Abnormal Behavior of Insects," "Psychological Attributes of Larval Growth," and the up and coming topic of "Do young male cockroaches refuse to inhabit churches when their fathers have been victims of insecticide abuse?" Moderators Nan Posted February 14, 2015 Moderators Posted February 14, 2015 I have just watched an episode of David Attenborough's Micro Monsters....one featured was an Australian cockroach apparently large enough to cover the palm of a human hand. It is known locally as the litter bug as it cleans up a lot of stuff on the forest floor, and also digs a burrow about a metre long to house its offspring, and the mother stays with them for 6 months. They have a lifespan of 8 years. And I still say UGGHHHH Quote
