Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted April 16, 2015 Members Posted April 16, 2015 Pam, he is an artist. I know. It still strikes me as weird... Jesus as a contestant on a quiz show (wouldn't He know all the correct answers?). Jesus entering a Golden Gloves boxing contest, where He apparently gets beaten (did He "throw" the bout??), and stretches his arms on the boxing ring ropes to signify being crucified. Maybe some like that sort of thing... that's okay. It just doesn't happen to be my cuppa tea.. Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. Outta Here Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 I don't get it. Why would an atheist go to all that effort? When did he become an atheist; was he not a tenured professor at an Adventist university? I just don't get it. Quote
Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted April 16, 2015 Author Moderators Posted April 16, 2015 Atheist: Where did you get that? This is what he said about his work: I’m so glad my work is being used to further the Gospel in my parents’ homeland of Romania. I really take very little credit, because all of this was due to God’s inspiration and an answer to my prayers. It’s a project I very much enjoyed putting together, and I’m excited to see what else God has in store for me.” The above is not what an atheist would say. Did you read the article? Quote Gregory

Outta Here Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Ah! Well, I really should have my eyes checked. I read "atheist" when you wrote "artist". So sorry! That makes a whole lot more sense to me! I did read the article and I was trying to figure out how you both somehow knew he was an atheist! Really should get my eyes checked. {Sorry} Quote
Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted April 18, 2015 Author Moderators Posted April 18, 2015 I am laughing because I do exactly the same, sometimes. Welcome to being human. Outta Here 1 Quote Gregory
