Administrators Naomi Posted June 29, 2015 Administrators Posted June 29, 2015 If people are not ready to hear the truth they will lash out at the preacher, teacher or Christ himself By the same token, on a personal non spiritual level try to tell a smoker who does not want to quit that they should stop. Often you should run for cover ..... Gail 1 Quote If your dreams are not big enough to scare you, they are not big enough for God
Moderators Gerr Posted July 4, 2015 Moderators Posted July 4, 2015 Early in my career when I was younger and more foolish, this happened IN the hospital when smoking was still permitted. I met one of my colleagues who was puffing a cigarette near the nurses' station greeted me, "Good morning, how are you today?" I said something like, "I'd feel so much better if I didn't have to inhale cigarette smoke." You should have heard the vitriol I received!. Naomi 1 Quote
