I find this very interesting, seeing that:

Except for my accounting certificate I only have my high school diploma.

I am a good guesser.

I have an interest in many areas and like to read. The questions about war history were no problem, even the one about Germany's name before WW2 I could guess fairly easily. American history and European history are easily guessed if I don't know the answer.

I learned a lot about foreign cultures in my correspondence with many pen friends over the years. When we homeschooled the kids also did this and we learned together. Our geography and history was tied to the places we received letters from.

Where I am lacking is in science and maths, also in Greek mythology although I have collected trivia enough to bluff. 

I learned much about English grammar through studying French.

There are ways you can gain an education, even if you don't have the paperwork. In all, I really liked this quiz because the questions covered a wide range. and I believe that the amount of experience a person has contributes to all-around education, creativity and genius because each area enhances knowledge in the others.

I just know enough to do some damage, I guess.

I also got the "PhD" result (I have a Bachelor of Science and a law degree).

At least one of the answers is incorrect, but if you choose the "most correct" (or rather "least incorrect") answer, the quiz will score it as a correct answer.

It guessed that I have a 4 year college degree!! I only have a High School diploma!

PHD. Although I have no degrees, I have attended college and technical schools for about 6 years with a focus on math-science. Could return to try to qualify for a PHD, but I don't want to memorize all of that stuff in order to get one. I would much rather create ideas than memorize facts.

Had to guess on some of the literature stuff, so that knocked my score down.

Did something similar in the Internet.  Gave me a PhD.  The science questions were rather elementary, like what does H stand for in H2O.  Missed 2 or 3 in literature.  Lit was not encouraged much in SDA school in my day unless perhaps you are an English major.  Besides, I had little interest in lit to start with.
