BlessedMan Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 today; I will struggle to go on, a few more steps, while the rest of the world carries on, as usual. Quote (2 Cor 1:3-4) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted October 24, 2019 Author Moderators Posted October 24, 2019 I live in a general area that has been subject to power shutoff by PG & E. In fact, as I write this Huge numbers of people have had their power cut off. I am thankful that my home is located in a small area that does not have to have power turned off. BlessedMan Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Today; I will complete the final stages of my photography business, online. Its a BIG accomplishment under the circumstances. I had to admit I cant do everything and to let professionals help me. They are working on the site for me now, and after a day or two we should have all the tweeks and bugs ironed out. Also, today, I will pray for Gregory. (Psalms 84:11). phkrause 1 Quote (2 Cor 1:3-4) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. Being an electric utility professional for over 40 years, I feel bad for PG&E. They settled lawsuits about POSSIBLY starting the Paradise fires for $8 billion. Now you can be sure they will be sued for turning of power to prevent fires. Damned if they do and damned if they don't. BlessedMan 1 Quote

Aaahhhh. country living. We had a family of skunks living under our deck several years ago. One of my neighbors shot the mom, who immediately ran under our deck, squirted skunk stink all over and then died, mixing the smell of death with skunk stink. Even though we excavated under our deck and got the dead skunk out within the week, our house stunk for several months - especially after a good rain. BlessedMan Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 I heard that tomato juice is good for getting rid of skunk smell? My Mom used it on me once when I had a run in with a skunk, as a little boy. I don't remember if it worked, I just remember how great everyone thought I was for surviving that lol phkrause 1 Quote (2 Cor 1:3-4) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 8thdaypriest Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 My hairdresser, who has cousins in Arkansas, says the best product to erase skunk smell on dogs is Massengill feminine hygine douche. That's funny!! I'll have to try it next time. BlessedMan 1 Quote 8thdaypriest
