A true story, but the name has been changed to protect the privacy of the individual:

Roland is a person with some strict food preferences.  He will not eat any dish that he knows contains Garbanzo beans.  He has a strong dislike of their taste.

However a favorite food which he often eats, is Hummus, which he just loves.

My wife makes fantastic hummus.  It is very good with pita bread.  I am not a big fan of garbanzo beans but when prepared as hummus I really enjoy it.
