Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted October 17 Author Moderators Posted October 17 EAarlier I selected one of the above days and read through the reporkt. I saw that Ted wilson spoke a ckouple lof times. I attended the General Conference session that elected Ted Wilson as GC Psresident. I thought highly of his klFather and expected the same for Ted, as President. He has been replaced. I consider it to be time fo rhim to retreat from governilng the direction of the SDA Church. I believe that he could do a good work for this Church iff he wold leave that for others. I believetlhat the time has come fo rhim to depart fr kokm all administrative and governlmance of the SDA Church. We donot need him attending ansd speaking at such meetings as we jusst held. Hlis time as a SDA Leader ils finished and he shold leave that to others. Just my personal opinion. Gregory Matthews Quote Gregory
Asia Joe Posted Saturday at 08:22 AM Posted Saturday at 08:22 AM I also watched some of these sessions on the GC YouTube channel. It's wonderful that the membership can view this process for themselves. He has an office at the GC too. I am sure P. Wilson has many powerful friends. I suspect they are treating him well so to soften the blow of being replaced. Almost all of these people are pastors and very considerate of peoples feelings. His opinions can be valuable. His point on the completely revised church manual, was well received. He advised caution, otherwise the GC session could go from 10 days to 30 days. I am very excited with our new leadership. However, I still want to hear what P. Wilson has to say. Quote
