You have added running away crying, but I also often feel a need to run away screaming. The works but I need to escape too! (I notice that :S now preempts the in the reply box selection drop down menue of smilies) And I could also use one that expresses just a heavy sigh, maybe retreating slowly with slumped shoulders.
