I would like to make a statement of closure regarding the "Angry Moderator" thread. And I would prefer to ask as Stan recently asked that no one respond here. This is a statement from me. If the moderators are listening ... perhaps they can shut down the reply capability if they think that is best.

This is where I am at. I see the angry moderator as referenced as a sincere Christian. I find that he is popular due to his personal attacks on the other side of the camp. Yes ... he is kind while he attacks. He passes his scriptural judgment on people and ends it by saying God Bless you and have a nice day.

The Bible has something to say about those who judge others and refuse to apologize and make right. I've followed Matt.18 to the fullest. I have done my duty. Now ... I have to find a way to let go and move on. This moderator will continue to be blessed by this ADMIN. to go on condemning and casting judgment of others. The conservatives will stick up for him as their poster child.

What concerns me most is that this place will remain unsafe for those who wish to express their view that might not agree with this moderator. This moderator will continue to say that others are of the Devil. This is my prediction. Thus CA will not be safe unless you agree with the philosophy of this man.

So ... Can I forgive him? Yes. It is evident who he is and what he stands for. One camp will approve of this behavior and the other is repulsed. It is obvious which side ADMIN is on. So that is the way it will continue.

I forgive this moderator for all he has done to me personally. Will I continue to quote him? Probably. We need to be reminded where we are at. I hope where we are at will sometime change though.

In the mean time ... Let me thank all those who tried hard to point out the need not to sit in judgment of others. I appreciate that message and hope it will someday be heard.

We now have to face the way CA is ... Unsafe. I will continue to speak out to find ways to make it safe within what ADMIN will allow.

I will propose one suggestion. Since the last thread was sent to CA Hell ... I would like to point out that at no time did ADMIN or the moderator come to me from CA and advise or warn about the direction that the thread was going. AT NO time did they indicate dissatisfaction and ask that things go differently.

I was told that this ALWAYS happens. But actually I have never seen it happen. What happens is that if the moderator becomes personally angry ... then she just shuts down the entire thread to CA hell or shuts down the ability to reply.

I would like to propose that if a moderator feels she does not like the direction of a thread ... that she FIRST contact those who are doing this and suggest a new approach. At NO time did this moderator contact me as a moderator and indicate she wanted a change in direction or advise or make any warning or suggestions. This is the image here on CA of our moderators. They get angry and just shut down everything without warning or discussions.

I would also point you to the "depraved mind" forum started by Robert. This just disappears after some 13000 views. I would propose if there are some offending parts ... edit or modify them. If some in the thread are taking it in a wrong direction ... write an official PM and label it as from a Moderator and indicate it to be a warning.

NONE of this is being done by this ADMIN and its moderators from my experience. NONE of this was done in the last two threads mentioned. It is here one day and gone the next.

Can we have a discussion regarding this? OR does Stan just support his moderators in whatever they do?

OK ... I have had my say and made my suggestions. It will be interesting to see if anyone else cares to make this a safe and nonjudgmental place to come or not. Will the "Redwood, you are of the Devil" statements be approved or will there me some kind of desire to improve? This is the question. What will CA be like?

For myself ... I am going to the safety of EDs place where people do not sit in judgment of me and my personal beliefs.
