Administrators Gail Posted August 9, 2007 Administrators Posted August 9, 2007 Look what the wind blew in at Camp (photo credit goes to Dwayne Wilde): Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Administrators Gail Posted August 9, 2007 Author Administrators Posted August 9, 2007 It was funny because although Joel and I have never met in person, he recognized me because Stan told him just to go to the ABC and look for the lady with the orange hair! One note about Ed- his talks in the Young Adult tent were among the best attended there. Someone told me that the Young Adult tent has gone almost empty the last few years, and Ed had it packed. His book sold out at the Sunday sale, just 3 days into Camp. We had to take orders the rest of the time. His presentations attracted the attention of the Conference president as well. The message was timely and relevant and people of all ages received it well. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

Moderators Joel Melashenko Posted August 10, 2007 Moderators Posted August 10, 2007 It was really great to meet not only Gail, but Stan (face to face for the first time) as well as Ed. It's really great to meet folks you've chatted with/read posts from for so long. Quote
Moderators Joel Melashenko Posted August 10, 2007 Moderators Posted August 10, 2007 Perhaps the points could be spent at the Apple Store? :) Quote
Moderators Joel Melashenko Posted August 10, 2007 Moderators Posted August 10, 2007 I believe that Ed and his wife video recored all of his presentations. Perhaps Ed can comment on that. Quote
olger Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Nice to see the pix. I guess Ed DOES look like his avatar . Quote "Please don't feed the drama queens.."
