Dr. Shane Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 La Prensa is one of the two principle newspapers in El Salvador. Their Los Angeles branch runs a "Miss El Salvador, USA" contest each year. They are mostly concentrated in Los Angeles, Washington DC and Houston. Thus the "Miss El Salvador, USA" is a contest to find the prettiest Salvadoran living in the USA. Estefania is 17 years old.
