Amelia Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 I heard the audio interrogation and thought the senator sounded on the verge of belligerence. Dr. Shane Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 I heard the entire interrogation on the radio. On either ABC or CBS this morning I heard snips of it via TV. I must say that the network played the snips that would make the senator look the worse. I think it is all about making money by getting ratings much more than the network having an agenda. I think the Republicans want to get rid of the guy more than the Democrats do. I heard the governor has already selected a replacement. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... jasd Posted September 2, 2007 Posted September 2, 2007 QR frame: Given the current climate in American politics, that is, the graft, sedition on the left, cavalier attitude towards security in and about centers vital to our interests, facilitating transfer of sensitive military technology, material, and materiel to tomorrow’s enemies (shipping such as McDonnell Douglas lock, stock, and barrel; patents; industry wholesale –overseas --ad infinitum), etc. I ask, “Just how important is Craig’s 'escapade' in the Grand Scheme?” Can’t argue - that if Craig was soliciting lewd acts – he should be considered, at least, classless. That said, and speaking practically, I would rather have a 100 such classless Senators in Congress rather than such as those of our government engaged in activities mentioned above – provided that they were simply lewd and classless – as it appears Craig may be. What is, in fact, most egregious of Craig – moreso even than his purported behaviour in public restrooms is his position as an American citizen, sworn to uphold the US Constitution, vis-à-vis open borders and amnesty. That said, let’s hope Craig resigns and Butch Otter appoints a real Alley Oop Primitive, a real kick-fundament American Firster – and hope he burns down Congress – figuratively, of course! (I had to amplify and clarify with the “figuratively” - as I remember that we speak of Idaho and its, umm, rather disparate biases and interests) The entire world is building and gearing-up for war – except us – who are drawing down our industrial capacity -- and pandering to ‘wellness’ ideas. from the tall grass Quote
