nuff sed Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 YES, by all means go to ADRA.......I still can't see why the Sunday-keeping World Vision Church programs fascinate Adventists so much. (We are the second highest contributing group according to one report). ADRA and World Vision do , practically, the same types of programs. I understand that there are or were some Adventists on the World Vision Staff. I prefer to support the work being done by my own church organization. Quote

It still breaks my heart when I read about how for a few dollars we can vaccinate children against known preventable diseases. It would seem that many countries would help in this cause. Maybe the strain on the economy would be too great if this were to come to pass. The US and many other contries have overcome the population growth and became stronger.
