Dottie Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 That was great! Reminds me of the time when the organist was playing to let the late arrivals in before the sermon. It was, "Get Me to the Church On Time!" Classicaly, of course Quote
aldona Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I read an article here in Melbourne about an organist at a big Anglican (Episcopalian) cathedral - he was playing the organ for a procession of very important bishop and archbishop-type people in their full regalia marching down the aisle on a very solemn occasion. So he played a very slow, dignified, classical version of "Send In The Clowns." aldona Quote www.asrc.org.au (Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Melbourne)Helping over 2000 refugees & asylum seekers each monthIMSLP/Petrucci Music LibraryThe Public Domain Music Score Library - Free Sheet Music DownloadsLooking for classical sheet music? DrWhoCompanion Posted October 9, 2007 Posted October 9, 2007 As a would-be cellist, I must say, the cello can make ANY song hauntingly beautiful! The proof is here!!!! Quote
