Lavish spending of donor contributed money by family members is alleged. Inappropriate personal use of a corporate jet by family members is claimed. Expenditure of donated funds on family homes 11 times in 14 years, is charged. Strange contacts between a family member and underage males are alleged to have taken place in the night hours after midnight. Ministry staff is alleged to have been fired to meet the personal requests of family members. The tale continues with the claim of a 2,000 square foot closet designed to hold the tens of thousands of dollars of clothing obtained at donor expense for a family member. Donor money used to purchase a Lexus SUV and a Mercedes convertible for a family member. Donor funds used to purchase $39,000 in clothing, in a 12 month period, at one store. Scholarship funds used to finance schooling for family friends. Illegal usage of charitable resources in a political campaign. The President has claimed that the litigation and allegations are about intimidation, blackmail and extortion.
