Stan Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 If your brain works normally this is neat. This is another example of an amazing illusion! The last sentence is so true. If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one color, pink. However if you stare at the black " +" in the centre, the moving dot turns to green. Now, concentrate on the black " + " in the centre of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating. It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see. Well, those pink dots with the green dot phase in and out as I concentrate on the " + "....by extrapolation, while I many not always see what I think, another viewpoint comes to my mind as I phase in and out of focused concentration... DrWhoCompanion Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Neat! My friend sent me this trick. It works. Rotate your right foot clockwise. Keep doing that, then begin to draw a 6 with your right hand. Your foot will start going in the opposite direction. Freaky! Quote
