Woody Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 I must be getting old. But I couldn't keep up with the pace to be able to read the words. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Guest gem Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Nice one, but I thought it's a little bit too fast. A non-christian who would view this for the first time would probably have a hard time catching up. Quote
carolaa Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Wow, that is SO cool!! Do you know who produced it? Quote
Moderators Bravus Posted November 28, 2007 Moderators Posted November 28, 2007 It's a ripper and if it's too fast, you're too old Quote Truth is important

Woody Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Wow, that is SO cool!! Do you know who produced it? My guess would be that Ethiopian Billionaire. His productions have all been very high quality like this one. And Bravus ... you are correct ... I guess I am just getting OLD. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Moderators John317 Posted November 28, 2007 Moderators Posted November 28, 2007 I must be getting old. But I couldn't keep up with the pace to be able to read the words. It will get the attention of younger people; I mean those 30 and younger, and that's doubtless the target age-group it's produced for. They like that sort of thing and probably would think it was "too slow" if it'd been done at a normal pace. It's fun to watch and listen to, I thought. Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
Taylor Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Wow this is way cool!!! I love the contemporary feel to it!! Thanks for posting this!! Quote
Taylor Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Can you give me the link where this was found? I know it comes from utube but I can't seem to find it on utube and I would love to see who produced it and to forward that link on to some friends. Quote
Moderators Jeannieb43 Posted November 28, 2007 Moderators Posted November 28, 2007 Neat! Yes, I'd love to have the link also. Can't figure out how to fwd a YouTube to anybody else. Now, to you guys who couldn't keep up with reading it because it went too fast: Was it perhaps because you didn't have your sound turned on? I didn't actually read it, but just listened to the narration and followed along with the graphics. Nice!! [Whose voice is that, on the narration??] Quote Jeannie

...Change is inevitable; growth is optional....
Woody Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Jeannie ... this may date me ... but I can't hear the sound on my computer. I just turned the big 5 0 this summer so I guess I am now OLD. Seriously I do have a hearing loss. I wear hearing aides but they are kinda worthless. But ... Like it was said ... this is meant for the young ones who can hear and don't have to read the words !!! Quote: Nice!! [Whose voice is that, on the narration??] What voice? lol Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Norman Byers, N.D. Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Hey Stan, that was good, but he missed the opportuntity to share about the Sabbath. Several times he said "1 day in 7" The offense of the Gospel has ceased, because this won't really convict anyone since most people who can understand the English language think that Sabbath is Sunday. I give it a 9 out of 10 Quote The unconditional pardon of sin never has been, and never will be. PP 522
nuff sed Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 I doubt that this producer is an Adventist.............. or else he would have made some reference to which day is the "one day out of 7" that God expects us for His "date" with us... I would be very confortable with Sundaykeeping after watching this video. Quote
Woody Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 I think taking baby steps and letting the Holy Spirit work at HIS pace is fine. Personally I have advised friends to take part in the blessing of keeping ONE day holy. They have come to me for suggestions. If I insisted that they keep Saturday ... they would have rejected the idea and would not have come to me for anything. NOW .... the door is open for me to gently suggest Saturday as the Sabbath at the pace of the Holy Spirit in their life. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

And this old 52 year old was able to keep up quite nicely.... as for this guy, NOT being an adventist....his other videos talk about "Phillipine Conference" and "Mountain View College"...which are references to SDA schools and conferences....Me thinks this guy is adventist....If so, they should utilize his creativity with media....Just my thoughts.
