Some of these could be private and semi-private. For example, "Living with Divorce" and "Loss of a Job" could be semi-private or totally private since not all people who are affected would like to wear their hearts on their sleeves.

Alzheimers is a common form of Dementia. A lot of people are affected by it. So as cancer, almost everyone of us know somebody or have a friend, a family member, or one of our relatives who has or had cancer. Support group would be nice. Thus making it a semi-private is up to the people who are affected.

"Living with Aids."I've been with people who are going through the 3 health challenges on the list. Health care team often don't put the word "AIDS" in the "diagnosis" box...but would indicate that "this patient is HIV+". Lab results would indicate if virus is high level and be considered AIDS; yet at reporting the patient is more identified as HIV+. Strict confidentiality is perhaps due to social stigma. Not so sure how many people in C/A are affected or know someone who has AIDS; and would they feel more comfortable discussing if it is a private forum.
