Stan Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 We are in the process of developing an annual http://adayofforgiveness.com/ and if you are interested in being part of the please let me know.. If you would want to be part of a World Wide Day of Forgiveness, where were we would encourage estranged children to contact their parents and say “I am sorry, please forgive me” sisters and brothers would do the same thing, fathers would do the same, friends would do the same, and we would encourage sda churches to open up there phones FREE so people would come in and and call and say “I am sorry Some are with us, some are not, no pressure.. just let us know where your ministry is. ChildofChrist Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 Good, no...terrific idea. I will keep that thought in the back of my mind. I rarely get out and talk with strangers, but in the future I will have that awareness and offer my cell phone to someone to call and make things right. Life is too short and grudges too heavy and years ago I became peace maker in my family and maintained that peace with everyone but my son. I could call and tell him that I am sorry but haven't been impressed that he's ready to accept it. The day of my sister's funeral, my ex's brother and sister-in-law came to say good-bye to Karol. We had a good talk and there were no hard feelings. We are still family and friends. Quote Wakan Tanka Kici Un ~~Child of Christ~~
