That could be the very reason why I have ended up here. Wether it for me to do the work of establishing one here or if I'm just to get some one else to come do it. It is clear to me that in either case I'm here to get the ball rolling. Praise God for you ... His pioneer. You have lots of people here who are praying for your effort.
