ChildofChrist Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 I was visited by a couple of gentlemen the other day and they left a small booklet. A few years back I had a youngster in the daycare that announced quite frequently, "I'm Jehovah Witness." any time he was uncertain of our actions. I did talk with the mom and asked her for material that I could read and understand her positiom better. Even made sure it was ok to say grace before a meal. While I was in Nashville TN, there was a lovely young lady in the Kindergarten class. Her mother married a Jehovah Witness. Most of the year, she was alright with certain activities but then comes Christmas and Easter and she withdrew to the corner and drew or read while a certain activity was going on. There were times that mom simply kept her home. Perhaps I'm being lazy by not sitting down and going through each sentence and see where the truth is, but at the moment I have other fish in the fire..so to speak. I remember that my late uncle would invite them in and they would share their good news. I don't want to have a debate but see if there is a point that he needs to consider for himself. So--please put in your wisdoms. :) Quote Wakan Tanka Kici Un ~~Child of Christ~~
