I think you will find quotes from Ellen White that reflect his views on this topic such as it being the cause of all kinds of diseases such as tumors of the head. This book was written while he was still in the good graces of Ellen White and I think the correct date is 1892. If you want to download it you can read it here. fccool Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 As once preacher once said... 99% of the teens I questioned admitted that they have masturbated, the other 1% were liars. Bible is silent on masturbation, yet it does not satisfy the purposeful function of our bodies ... it can satisfy us, in a selfish sort of way:)... especially in this day and age. Unfortunately, we don't openly discuss these taboo issues in church, thus leaving teens to explore such subjects on their own. Although it's quite discouraging to find out that E G White held to the anecdotal belief that such practices lead to deterioration of eye sight, and other anecdotal side effect. But then again, some people believe this to be the case to this day. Quote
