Dottie Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 One April 20, a long time ago, my hubby was stuck behind a telephone truck in heavy snow (north Jersey) The truck didn't see him, and backed him into a ditch! I remember spring snows, and the radio announcer asking people why they were having accidents; just because winter was over, did they forget how to drive in snow?? Quote
ChildofChrist Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Beautiful tree, just like when I was a kid in Michigan. I wonder what happens to people as they mature. Most seem to fail to see the beauty and wonder of it all. When I was in TN it was lovely seeing it freshly fallen. Now on the other hand, having to get out in it; I was surprised that it wasn't all that bad...most of the time. Quote Wakan Tanka Kici Un ~~Child of Christ~~
Amelia Posted March 29, 2008 Author Posted March 29, 2008 We have snow in the forcast for Saturday too. We just went in the record books for the latest snowfall ever in this area. Moderators Denise Posted March 29, 2008 Moderators Posted March 29, 2008 Pretty tree with the snow on it. While you are having snow, we had temperatures hit 77 degrees and nice and sunny. Beautiful day for us! :) Quote Be Kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another... Monticello Georgia
